Are you a Microsoft Teams user? Let’s have a look at how you can improve productivity and organization within your Teams chat.
You can either send or filter messages using the mention function. Simply type in @ and the name of the person you want to search for or send a message to.
In Teams, it is possible to bookmark content that you want to save for later use. Simply click on the 3 dots next to the message and click on the bookmark icon and you are good to go.
Create a task directly from any message
With the MIPA add-in, you can easily create a task from a message. Once you added MIPA to your Microsoft 365, the only thing that you need to do is to click on the 3 dots next to the message and select “create a task.”
Format your conversation
If you want to draw more attention to your conversation, use rich text formatting which you can find in the bottom left corner. Once you click on it, you will have the option to change the size/style of the font.
You can set up any message to be urgent by clicking on the exclamation point. This way, you will receive more notifications for selected messages.
