5 ways to be more productive at work

2. Have small breaks Many people, who call themselves “gurus” online might tell you to work hard and don’t stop. The “hustle culture” with their “While you are sleeping, I am grinding” lifestyle can be even damaging. Almost nobody can sustain such a way of working long-term and that is perfectly normal. Having some small breaks can truly help with being productive and getting a better sense of the big picture. A good break idea is to have a small snack, breathe some fresh air, or stretch.
